My card shows a charge, but I didn’t get a confirmation. Did it go through?

If your card shows a pending charge and you didn’t receive a confirmation from PAePay, it is likely the payment was unsuccessful. Upon the completion of a successful transaction, a confirmation screen displays and you should receive an e-mail verifying payment.

In this instance, any pending charges are usually temporary holds that should disappear within a few days.

If you want to know for sure, contact the court and ask whether payment was received.

Tip: Do not attempt the payment again until you’ve confirmed whether the prior transaction attempt was successful.

If you don’t have the court’s phone number, refer to the Magisterial District Court or Common Pleas Court phone listing. Clicking either of these links opens a new webpage.
